Communigrow

Communigrow is a charity that provides education, work experience, well-being and skills development opportunities through horticultural food growing activities for the whole community, and in particular vulnerable and disadvantaged young people and adults with disabilities. We also run programmes to tackle loneliness, social isolation, mental health and well-being by creating a safe and welcoming space where people can talk and forge friendships alongside learning practical skills.
